Amie has spent the last 14 years working in customer service having studied Hospitality and Catering Management at University. Amie’s career to date has been dedicated to delivering exceptional results for her clients and previously her managers and their teams. More recently Amie held the position of Senior Operations Manager at one of the largest Front of House contractors in the UK.
She has a very comprehensive knowledge of all aspects of facilities management and is an expert is change management and process mapping which has led her to her latest role as a consultant to the industry, sharing best practices, innovation and experience to a wide range of businesses.
