This ceremony not only honors cultural heritage but also reinforces our shared commitment to creating a safe and positive work environment.
Common rituals in a site puja include:
✅ Selecting an auspicious date (Muhurat) per Hindu astrology
✅ Offering prayers to the five elements (Earth, Water, Fire, Air, Space)
✅ Sankalpam – Declaring the purpose of the ceremony and invoking deities
✅ Agni Pratishtapana – Lighting the sacred fire with mantras
✅ Homa (Havan/Yajna) – Performing a fire ritual for purification and positive energy
✅ Mantra Chanting & Offerings – Continuous offerings of ghee and sacred materials
